Abstract

ABSTRAK Structural planning is carried out to produce a building that is strong. safe. economical and in accordance with applicable standards. The design of a high-rise building will consider efficiency and refer to the SNI 2847-2019 regulations, concerning structural concrete requirements for buildings.:I.Planning the dimensions of beams and the column of the Condominium mix mall building is sixteen floors. 2.Determining the dimensions of beams and columns that are safe and economical to use in the sixteen-story Condominium mix mall building. 3. The building planned in this research is a Condominium mix mall building with sixteen floors with an area (72 m x 18 m) and a building height of 64 m. The structural planning of the sixteen-story Condominium mix mall building includes the design of the superstructure. In the design of beams, the recapitulation values of moments, latitudes and normal forces can be varied for each floor. From the price difference, the maximum price is taken and grouped for each column, beam and floor with the aim of making it easier to calculate. The planning of the superstructure using SAP2000 version 14 The superstructure includes the planning of beams, columns and floors of the building. The loads reviewed for the design of structural elements are: dead load, live load, wind load and earthquake load. Based on the results of research and discussions that have been carried out by the author. the Condominium mix mall building sixteen floors includes columns and beams. Conclusions the safe and economical variation used is variation 3 with the following results: 1. The design results show that the structure is the safest and - most economical namely in variation 3 of 8943.30 em2 using a column structure with dimensions of 120x120, 110x/10, 100x100. 80‹80 and beam dimensions of 60x40, 55x35, 50x35, 48833.
