Abstract

ABSTRAK ANALISIS NILAI PRODUKTIVITAS MESIN SCREW PRESS MENGGUNAKAN METODE OVERALL EQUIPMENT EFFECTIVENESS (OEE) DAN FAILURE MODE AND EFFECT ANALYSIS (FMEA) (STUDI KASUS PT. PERKEBUNAN NUSANTARA VII SUNGAI NIRU) Desti Lestari Program Studi Teknik Industri, Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang DestiLestari019@gmail.com PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Sungai Niru merupakan pabrik dibidang industri pengolahan kelapa sawit yang menghasilkan produk berupa crude palm oil (CPO), inti sawit (kernel), dan Biomass (palm kernel shell). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghitung produktivitas mesin screw press. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) dan FMEA (Failure Mode And Effect Analysis). Hasil perhitungan nilai produktivitas mesin screw press bulan Januari 2021 s/d Desember 2021 diperoleh rata – rata nilai availability ratio sebesar 96,99%, performance efficiency sebesar 64,80%, dan rate of quality product sebesar 99,82% sehingga nilai OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) yang didapatkan sebesar 62,76%<85%. Nilai OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) mesin screw press yang masih berada dibawah standar disebabkan oleh nilai performance efficiency yang rendah. Losess yang memberikan pengaruh terbesar berdasarkan diagram pareto adalah reduced speed losses sebesar 82,37% yang disebabkan sering terjadi kerusakan sehingga mempengaruhi produktivitas mesin. Berdasarkan cause and effect diagram penyebab reduced speed losses yaitu frekuensi kerusakan mesin screw press tinggi. Hasil analisis FMEA (Failure Mode And Effect Analysis) diperoleh dengan nilai RPN 270. Tindakan perbaikan yang dilakukan yaitu membuat usulan perbaikan berupa perawatan komponen secara preventive maintenance agar proses operasi mesin screw press dapat berjalan secara maksimal dan juga dapat menghindari kerusakan mesin yang akan mengakibatkan kerugian yang besar.
