Abstract

In planning a building, there are many factors that must be taken into account, especially regarding the strength of the building structure itself. In carrying out structural calculations, we must be careful and carry out calculations in accordance with existing requirements and regulations. Dimensional efficiency in the building structure is needed in order to minimize the resources expended with optimal workmanship and remain in accordance with existing regulations. From the results of the dimensional variation design on the legok toll gate structure, the capacity ratio of each steel structure is obtained, for variation 1, variation 2 and variation 3 all frames are still safe, but for variation 4 the structure fails. And it can be concluded that the efficient and safe variation is variation 2 with column dimensions H 300.300.10.15, under roof truss using WF 300.150.6.5.9 , and roof truss using WF 300.150.6.5.9.
