Abstract

This study aims to determine the growth and production of gogo rice (Oryza sativa L) mutation results (M1). The research has been carried out from January 2022 to June 2022. on land owned by PT. Indonesian Trading Company located on Jalan. H.M Asyik Aqil. RT 49 RW.17 Sukajadi Village, Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province. This research method used a Factorial Group Randomized Design (RAKF) with 6 combinations of treatments that were repeated 4 times, then 24 mapping units were obtained. As a treatment mutation (M1) and variety (V) consists of V1 = Tembokar Putih V2 = Matang Payo V3 = Wangi. The changes observed in this study were Plant Height (cm), Panicle length (g), Number of grains permalai (g), Harvest age (HST), Weight 1000 Grains (g) and Amount of grain per plant (kg). The interaction between mutation results (M1) and wangi varieties has the best influence on changing plant height and weight of 1000 grains with production per plot of 2.45 kg / plot or equivalent to 4.90 tons / ha.
