Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the agribusiness system and income for organic oyster mushroom cultivation in Keramasan Village, Kertapati District, Palembang City. The research method used is a survey, the sampling method used is purposive sampling where the number of farmers who are used as samples in this study is 1 person. The method of data collection is observation, interviews and direct documentation to respondents by using tools in the form of previously prepared questions and data obtained from related institutions that are related to this research. The method of data processing and data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the agribusiness system consists of a subsystem for the procurement of production facilities including the procurement of kumbung, planting media, seeds, tools. The production subsystem includes the manufacture of kumbung, equipment preparation, seed selection, planting media preparation, planting, maintenance and harvesting. The marketing subsystem, after packaging the organic oyster mushrooms, is delivered to the collectors in the market and consumers come directly to the organic oyster mushroom cultivation. The average income earned is Rp. 9.110.025/MT
