Abstract

ABSTRAK Structural planning is carried out to produce a building that is strong, safe, economical and in accordance with applicable standards. The design of high-rise buildings will consider efficiency and refer to SNI 2847-2019 regulations, regarding structural concrete requirements for buildings.:1.Plan dimensionsofbeamsandcolumn of a four-story apartment building.2.Determining the dimensions of beams and columns that are safe and economical to use in a four-story apartment building. 1. The building planned in this study is a four-story apartment building with an area of 30 m x 22 m and a building height of 16 m. The structural planning of this four-story apartment building includes the design of the superstructure. In the design of beams, the recapitulation values of moments, latitudes and normal forces can be varied for each floor. From the price difference, the maximum price is taken and grouped for each column, beam and floor with the aim of making it easier to calculate. The superstructure planning using SAP2000 version 14 The superstructure includes the planning of beams, columns and floors of the building. Loads that are reviewed for the design of structural elements are: dead load (dead load) live load (live load). Based on the results of research and discussions that have been carried out by the author, the four-story building includes columns and beams. Conclusions the safe and economical variation used is variation 3 with the following results: 2. The design results show that the safest and most economical structure is in variation 3. with column dimensions of 40x40 cm and 35x35 beam dimensions of 35x20 cm and a net concrete area of 2285,111 and 686,711. 4. For beams with dimensions (35 cm x 20 cm), 686,711 have obtained the results of the top reinforcement 5 D16 and the bottom reinforcement 4 D16 and stirrup reinforcement 10-210 mm.
