Abstract

ABSTRACT DIAH AYU APRILLIA. Marketing Analysis of Arabica Coffee Beans (Coffea Arabica) in Danaurata Village, Kisam Tinggi District, South OKU Regency. (Supervised by RAHMAT KURNIAWAN and PURI PRATAMI ARDINA NINGRUM). This study aims to determine and analyze how the marketing channels for Arabica coffee beans (Arabica Coffea) in Danaurata Village, Kisam Tinggi District, South OKU Regency. This research was conducted in Danaurata Village, Kisam Tinggi District, South OKU Regency in October-December 2021. The research method used was a survey method, while the sampling method used in this study was a simple random sampling method. The data processing and analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that there is one marketing channel for Arabica coffee beans in Danaurata Village, Kisam Tinggi District, South OKU Regency, namely farmers-traders-collectors-wholesale traders-retailers-end consumers. The marketing function of Arabica coffee beans in Danaurata Village, Kisam Tinggi District, South OKU Regency that occurs is the first exchange function, which includes buying and selling activities from farmers-traders I and II collectors, wholesalers to retailers. Both physical functions where there are 3 activities, namely transportation (unloading), storage, and processing. The last function of the facility there are 3 parts, namely sorting, transportation and depreciation. The marketing margin for each marketing channel of Arabica coffee beans from collector 1 to collector II is Rp. 200/Kg. The margin between collector II and wholesalers is Rp. 1,400/Kg, -. And the margin between wholesalers and retailers is Rp. 2,300,-/Kg. Meanwhile, the farmer's share or the share of the price received by farmers at each marketing agency for Arabica coffee beans for each level is (0.94) because the Farmer's Share value is 40%
