Abstract

Novel Coronavirus 2019 atau yang biasa dikenal dengan COVID-19 adalah suatu penyakit yang disebabkan oleh Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) yang pertama kali ditemukan pada bulan Desember di kota Wuhan. Sumatera Selatan sendiri khususnya Kota Palembang angka kejadian COVID 19 masih cukup tinggi per tanggal 04 September 2021 yaitu dengan 2288 Jiwa Kasus Konfirmasi, 1098 Jiwa Dirawat, 99 Jiwa Meninggal dan 1091 Jiwa Sembuh (Positif COVID-19). Gandus merupakan salah satu kecamatan di kota Palembang dengan kasus konfirmasi COVID-19 terbanyak yaitu sebanyak 639 kasus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan COVID-19 dengan minat mengikuti vaksinasi COVID-19 pada pekerja di RT 19 Kecamatan Gandus Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini bersifat analitik observasional dengan menggunakan desain penelitian Cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat yang bekerja di RT 19 Kecamatan Gandus, Kota Palembang. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode simple random sampling dan didapatkan 141 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Distribusi frekuensi tingkat pengetahuan terhadap COVID-19 terbanyak yaitu dalam kategori baik sebanyak 92 responden (65,2%) dan distribusi frekuensi minat mengikuti vaksinasi COVID-19 terbanyak berminat mengikuti vaksinasi COVID-19 yaitu 85 responden (60,3%). Terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan terhadap COVID-19 dengan minat vaksinasi COVID-19 dengan nilai p-value (0,000). Novel Coronavirus 2019 or commonly known as COVID-19 is a disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) which was first discovered in December in the city of Wuhan. South Sumatra itself, especially the city of Palembang, the incidence of COVID 19 is still quite high as of September 4, 2021, namely with 2288 confirmed cases, 1098 people are being treated, 99 people have died and 1091 people have recovered (positive for COVID-19). Gandus is one of the sub-districts in the city of Palembang with the most confirmed cases of COVID-19, as many as 639 cases. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of COVID-19 and interest in participating in the COVID-19 vaccination among workers in RT 19 Gandus District in 2021. This study is an observational analytic study using a cross sectional research design. The population of this research is all people who work in RT 19 Gandus District, Palembang City. Sampling using simple random sampling method and obtained 141 samples that meet the inclusion criteria. The distribution of the highest level of knowledge about COVID-19 was in the good category with 92 respondents (65.2%) and the distribution of the frequency of interest in participating in the COVID-19 vaccination was the most interested in participating in the COVID-19 vaccination, namely 85 respondents (60.3%). There is a relationship between the level of knowledge of COVID-19 and interest in COVID-19 vaccination with a p-value (0.000).
