Abstract

ABSTRAK Wahyu Ari Prabowo /212013272/2021/ The Influence of Trainning and Compensation to Employee Performance of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Selatan dan Bangka Belitung Pelembang. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and compensation on employee performance at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Selatan and Bangka Belitung Palembang. The sample of this research is employees at PT Bank PD Sumsel Babel Palembang as many as 76 respondents. The type of research used is associative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are questionnaires. Data analysis used is instrument test (validation and reliability), classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, f test and determinant coefficient. The results of this study are that training and compensation together have a positive and significant impact on employee performance Keywords: Training, Compensation and Performance Employees
