Abstract

ABSTRAK This study aims to describe the agribusiness system carried out by oyster mushroom farmers in Kebun Bunga Village, Sukarami District, Palembang. This research was carried out in the flower garden village, namely the oyster mushroom sample farmers from May 2021 to August 2021. The research method used was a quantitative method. Meanwhile, the sampling method is purposive sampling with the sample used by 1 farmer, the land area is 200 m2. The data collection method used in this study was direct interviews with sample farmers. The method of data collection is done by interview, observation, documentation. In the first group of interviews, all data were processed and followed by descriptive and qualitative explanations. Then, to answer the second problem, calculations with a mathematical approach were used. The results of the study revealed that the agribusiness system carried out by farmers includes a production facility procurement system consisting of equipment, namely drums, handsprayer, spiritual lamps, autoclaves, shovels, hoses, and bottles. then agricultural materials such as agricultural lime fertilizer, potatoes, sawdust, rice bran, plastic, rubber bands, alcohol, firewood, and sugar. Where these facilities are obtained from the flower garden village market and agricultural kiosks in Palembang City. The marketing process carried out by farmers, namely the buyers, in this case the collectors and consumers, came directly to the oyster mushroom farmer's house. The amount of income received by Oyster Mushroom respondent farmers for four months is Rp. 14,400,000.00 and the income earned in one month is Rp. 2,530,486.16.
