Abstract

ABSTRACT Nabela Fitria Ningrum/212017287/2021/The Effect of Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Bina Sawit Makmur Mesuji Ogan Komering Ilir/Human Resources. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and work motivation on employee performance. This research is included in the type of quantitative descriptive research with the research subject PT. Bina Sawit Makmur. In this study there were 75 research samples using Stratifed sampling with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to respondents and data analysis techniques qualitative and quantitative analysis using Validity tests, reliability tests and multiple linear regression analysis techniques such as hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that There is a significant influence between the influence of Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Bina Sawit Makmur Mesuji Ogan Komering Ilir. Keywords: PT. Bina Sawit Makmur, The Effect of Discipline and Work Motivation, Methods, Research Results.
