Abstract

ABSTRACT M EkoSatria/212017072/The effect of work stress, work environment and work loyalty on the performance of PT. IndomarcoPrismatama Palembang Branch. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of work stress, work environment and work loyalty on the performance of PT. Indomarco Prismatama Palembang Branch. The aim is to find out the Effect of Work Stress, Work Environment and Work Loyalty on Employee Performance at PT. Indomarco Prismatama Palembang Branch. The type of research used in this research is Associative. The variables used are Work Stress, Work Environment and Job Loyalty to Employee Performance. The population in this research is all employees of PT. Y per Indomarco Prismatama Palembang Branch, which amounted to 520 people and the samples taken in this study were 120 respondents using Strafied random sampling technique. The analytical method used in this study was Qualitative and Quantitative. ). The results of the F test show the results of Fcount 174.490>Ftable 2.13, there is an effect of the variables Work Stress, Work Environment and Work Loyalty together on employee performance. The t-test results show the value of Work Stress tcount-2.713> ttable1.658 meaning that there is no partial effect of work stress on employee performance. The value of the work environment t count 7.900 > t table 1.658 means that there is a partial effect of the work environment on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) show that the variables of motivation, discipline and job satisfaction are able to contribute to the performance of employees by 0.820 or 82%.
