Abstract

ABSTRAK Fitri Ayu Lestari Ningsih / 212017181 / 2021 / Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT.Perkebunan Nusantara VII Unit Usaha Pagaralam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT.Perkebunan Nusantara VII Unit Usaha Pagaralam. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 115 karyawan dan di ambil sampel 54 responden dengan teknik pengumpulan simple random sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan kualitatif yang kemudian dikuantitatifkan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi liniar berganda, uji F, uji t dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari bahwa dari perhitungan Fhitung 5,353 > Ftabel 2,41, dan thitung X1 0,464, X2 3,268 > ttabel 1,675. berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yang artinya terdapat pengaruh Kepuasan kerja X1 dan Motivasi kerja X2 Terhadap kinerja Karyawan Y baik secara silmutan maupun parsial. Hasil regresi Linier Berganda menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif variabel kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja Karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Unit Usaha Pagaralam. Hasil Koefisien Determinasi Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja hanya mampu berkintribusi terhadap perubahan yang terjadi pada kinerja karyawan dengan besar sumbangan yang dihasilkan sebesar 14,1%. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Business Unit Pagaralam. This study aimed to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Work motivation on employee performance of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Business Unit Pagaralam. This research included the type of associative research. The population in this study was 115 employee and a sample of 54 respondents was taken with a random sampling technique. The data analysis method used qualitative which quantified. The data analysis technique in this research was multiple linear reegress ion analysis ,F Test, t test and the coefficient of determination. The result showed that the calculation of tcount 5,353 > fcount 2.40. It showed tcount X1 0,464, X2 3,268 > ttable 1,675. It meant that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, which meant that there was an effects of Job Satisfaction (X1) and Work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) either simultaneously or partially. Thee result of multiple linear regression showed that there was a positive effects on the variabebles of Job Satisfaction, and Work motivation on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Business Unit Pagaralam. The result of the Coefficient of determination of Job Satisfaction and work motivation were only able to contribute to change that occurred in employee performance white a large contribution of 14,1%.
