Abstract

ABSTRAK Weni Apriza / 212017188 / 2021 / Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Unit usaha Pagaralam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Unit Usaha Pagaralam. penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 115 karyawan dan di ambil sampel 54 responden teknik pengumpulan purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan kualitatif yang kemudian dikuantitatifkan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari perhitungan Fhitung 5,528 > Ftabel 2,41 maka Ho ditolak Ha diterima artinya ada pengaruh signifikan Disiplin kerja (X1) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) PT Perkebunan Nusnatara VII Unit Usaha Pagaralam dan X1 thitung 0,496 < ttabel 1,675 maka Ho diterima Ha ditolak artinya tidak ada pengaruh signifikan Disiplin Kerja (X1) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja Karyawan (Y) PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Unit Usaha Pagaralam, X2 thitung 3,325 > ttabel 1,675. Maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima artinya ada pengaruh Disiplin Kerja (X1) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Hasil Regresi Linier Berganda menunjukan Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Unit Usaha Pagaralam. hasil Koefisien Determinasi Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja hanya mampu berkontribusi terhadap perubahan yang terjadi pada kinerja karyawan dengan besar sumbangan yang dihasilkan sebesar 14,6% Kata kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan. This study aimed to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Business UnitPagaralam. This research included the type of associative research. The population in this study amounted to 115 employees and a sample of 54 respondents was taken using purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used qualitative which was then quantified. The data analysis technique in this research was multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination.The results showed that from the calculation of fcount 5.528 >ftable 2.41than Ho is rejected Ha is accepted, it means that there is a significant influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Business Unit Pagaralam and X1 tcount 0,496 <ttable 1.675, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected,it mean that there is no significant influence on work discipline and work environment on imployee performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Business Unit Pagaralam X2 3.325 >ttable 1.675. It meant that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, it meant that there was an effect of Work Discipline (X1) and Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) either simultaneously or partially. The results of Multiple Linear Regression showed that there was an effect of Work Discipline and Work Environment variables on positive Employee Performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Business Unit Pagaralam. The results of the Coefficient of Determination of Work Discipline and Work Environment were only able to contribute the changes that occurred in employee performance with a large contribution of 14.6% Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Environment and Employee Performance.
