Abstract

BILLA ELVIERA "Analysis of Profits and Marketing Strategy of Fresh Fish at UMKM Suka Rasa in Talang Ubi DistrictPenukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency". (Supervised by SISVABERTI AFRIYATNA and INNIKE ABDILLAH FAHMI). This study aims to determine the advantages and how the marketing strategy of fresh fish in UMKM Suka Rasa Talang Ubi District, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency. The research method used is the case study method, for the sampling method used purposive sampling and quota sampling methods. Data collection methods used in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed that the benefits of the Suka Rasa UMKM were Rp. 8,486,329 / month and the IFAS and EFAS diagrams are in quadrant4, which is the meeting between IFAS which is at point 0.85 and EFAS at point -0.47. So that an alternative marketing strategy that can be done is to guarantee the quality of fresh fish products according to the criteria set by the company, and to increase product distribution, such as expanding the marketing reach by utilizing social media to promote products.
