Abstract

DODI YUSRO. DODI YUSRO. The Effect of Mycorrhizal Types and Organic Fertilizers on the Growth and Production of Garlic (Allium sativum L.) (guided by SYAFRULLAH and ROSMIAH). This study aims to determine and obtain the type of mycorrhizal and organic fertilizers appropriate to the growth and production of garlic (Aliium sativum L.). This research was carried out in the flower garden village, Sukarame district, km7 Palembang, South Sumatra. This research activity took place from September 2020 to January 2021. This study used a split plot design with 12 treatment combinations which were repeated 3 times. The treatment factors in question are as follows: M1 = without mycorrhizae. M2 = Mycorrhiza Acaulospora sp. M3 = Mycorrhiza Glomus sp. P0 = Recommended Fertilizer (N-P-K). P1 = Chicken manure fertilizer. P2 = Household Waste Fertilizer. P3 = Goat Manure Fertilizer. The variables observed in this study were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), tuber diameter (cm), number of flakes per tuber (fruit), weight of dry tubers per plant (g), weight of dry tubers per plot (g). Mycorrhizal treatments and organic fertilizers had a significant to very significant effect on the variables of plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), tuber diameter (cm), number of flakes per tuber (fruit), dry tuber weight per plant (g), weight of dry tubers per plot ( g). The interaction between mycorrhizal acaulospores and organic chicken manure by tabulation gave the highest yield, namely 216 g / plot or equivalent to 864 kg / ha.
