Abstract

The influence of the addition of Rice Husk Ash and Silica Fume as an added material of cement mixture can affect the strong press of concrete, this can be proven from some previous research results that use added materials Ash Husk Rice and Lime and added materials Green Shell Ash and Silica Fume.Testing is conducted in one stage, namely conducting research on strong press. The test object used for the testing of strong concrete press is a cube. Concrete treatment testing is carried out at the specified age in immersion treatment. This strong concrete press testing is done by using a press testing machine. The test object used in this study was a cube with a size of 15 x 15 x 15 mm. After the addition of Ash Husk Rice and Silica Fume, then conducted a strong test of concrete press. Characteristic concrete quality in the addition of Rice Husk Ash 2% and Silica Fume 6% obtained a strong value of concrete of 187.67 kg / cm² at the age of 3 days, at the age of 14 days of 239.04 kg / cm², at the age of 28 days of 271.36 kg / cm². In addition to Rice Husk Ash 4% and Silica Fume 6% obtained a strong value of concrete press of 197 kg / cm² at the age of 3 days, at the age of 14 days of 247.9 kg / cm², at the age of 284.85 kg / cm². In addition to Ash Husk Rice 6% and Silica Fume 6% obtained a strong value of concrete press of 198.76 kg / cm² at the age of 3 days, at the age of 14 days of 259.4 kg / cm², at the age of 28 days of 294.39 kg / cm².
