Abstract

Okta Piana Sari / 212017056 / 2021 / The Effects of Work Motivation and Work Environmenton Employee Performance of PT. Anugrah Argon Medica Palembang The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effects of work motivation and work environment on employee performance of PT. Anugrah Argon Medica Palembang, (2) The Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance of PT. Anugrah Argon Medica Palembang, (3) The Effect of Work Environment on Employee Performance of PT. Anugrah Argon Medica Palembang. The data analysis was quantitative qualitative data. The analysis technique in this study was multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that work motivation and work environment gave affect to employee performance. With the value was Y=6.481+0.427X1+0.311X2. Hypothesis testing jointly described that there were a positive and significant effects between work motivation and work environment on employee performance with a value ofF count26.202 >Ftable 2.41, it mean tthat H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. Individually, it was known that work motivation had an effect on employee performance with a tcount 2.967 >ttable 1.675. The work environment had an effect on employee performance with a value oftcount 3.419 >ttable 1.675. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Environment, Employee Performance.
