Abstract

Muktijaya Village is a village that still uses tidal and rainfall systems to meet daily needs and for farming, Muktijaya Village is one of the villages that still uses tidal and rainfall planting systems. Because they still use a simple irrigation network, farmers are used to doing it independently so that the ability to measure and regulate is still very limited. This simple network has weaknesses so that its water needs are paid close attention to. The need for irrigation water as a whole needs to be known because it is one of the important steps required in planning and managing irrigation systems. Muktijaya Village has quite a lot of water needs, so it must be known how much irrigation water is used during the rice planting period. The need for irrigation water for rice plants for Muktijaya Village with an area of 768 ha is 1,790 l / sec / ha with the need for irrigation for the rice-rice-secondary crop pattern starting from land processing in early November. Based on the rainfall chart, it is found that the effective monthly rainfall and the highest rainfall for Re-rice in March is 6.72 mm. And the highest effective rainfall for planting crops in March is 4.8 mm, has the highest evapotranspiration (Eto) in September. namely 5.06 mm / day
