Abstract

Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini ialah adakah pengaruh presepsi mahasiswa terhadap kualitas pembelajaran pada masa pandemic Covid-19 dan dampaknya terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa FEB UMP. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh persepsi mahasiswa terhadap kualitas pembelajaran pada masa pendemi Covid-19 dan dampaknya terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa serta mengetahui bagaimana persepsi mahasiswa terhadap kualitas pembelajaran pada masa pandemic Covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang dengan pengambilan sample sebanyak 100 mahasiswa secara acak. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. ========================================================= The formulation of the problem in this study was to know whether there was an effect of student perceptions on the quality of during the Covid-19 pandemic and its impact on student satisfaction at FEB UMP. The aim was to find out whether there was an effect of student perceptions on the quality of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic and its impact on student satisfaction and to find out how student perceived the quality of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research wass associative research. The study populations was student of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Univercity Muhammadiyah Palembang with random sample of 100 students. The data in this study were primary and secondary data, while the data collection technique in this study were primary and secondary data.
