Abstract

ABSTRACT Arza/ 212016199/ 2020/ The Influence of Training, Leadersiph, and Compensation on Employee Perfomance of Cipta Arsigriya Ltd. The Formulation of the problem in this research was whether the influence of training, leadership, and compensation on employee perfomance of Cipta Arsigriya Palembang. This research was associative. The location of this research addressed at Bypass Alang-Alang street of Talang Kelapo Sub-district of palembang City, Sout Sumatra. The data were primary data analysis was qualitative and quantitative. The analysis tecnique was multiple linear regression, Ftest (simultaneous) and ttest (patial). Result of testing that was done from this research indcated that multiple linear regression calculation results obtained: Y 1,053+0,188X2+0,809X3. For F test showed the value of Fobtained (81,911) ≥ F table (3.19), meaningn that training, leadership, and compensation simultaneously influenced on employee perfomance of Cipta Arsigriya Ltd. of palembang. For the result of the training variable (X1) showed tobtained (3,060) > ttable (1,676), meaning that training partially influenced on employee perfomance. For the result of leadership variable (X2) showed tobtained (2,364) > ttable (1,676), meaning that leadership variable (X3) showed tobtained (8,052) > ttable (1,676) , meaning that compensation partially influenced on employee perfomance.
