Abstract

INTISARI Penelitian ini penulis mengambil Abu Ampas Tebu dan Superplasticizer sebagai bahan pengganti pada campuran beton. Dalam penelitian ini, akan mengidentifikasi manfaat Abu Ampas Tebu dan Superplasticizer sebagai material penambah semen pada beton. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pemakaian Abu Ampas Tebu dan Superplasticizer sebagai bahan penambah semen terhadap kuat tekan beton. Persentase Abu Ampas Tebu dan Superplasticizer digunakan bervariasi, mulai dari Abu Ampas Tebu 8% dan Superplasticizer 1% , 2% , 3% . Pengujian beton akan dilakukan setelah beton berumur 3 Hari, 7 Hari, 28 Hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan benda uji berbentuk kubus dengan ukuran ( 15 cm X 15 cm X 15 cm ) dan sebanyak 36 benda uji dimana untuk setiap variasi sebanyak 3 benda uji. Dari penelitian dilaboratorium didapat kuat tekan beton pada umur 28 hari dengan kondisi beton normal sebesar 417,8 Kg/Cm², pada awal umur beton nilai kuat tekan beton tertinggi pada penggunaan Abu Ampas Tebu8%+ Superplasticizer 3% sebesar 335,85 Kg/Cm² dengan persentase peningkatan sebesar 52,09% terhadap beton normal. Sedangkan peningkatan optimum terjadi pada penambahan Abu Ampas tebu 8%+ Superplasticizer 3% kuat tekan beton karakteristik nya sebesar 484,77 Kg/Cm² dengan peningkatan sebesar 18,08% dari beton normal. Setelah melakukan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa, dengan penambahan Abu Ampas Tebu 8% + Superplasticizer 3% dapat meningkatkan kuat tekan beton. Kata Kunci : Abu Ampas Tebu Superplasticizer, kuat tekan beton. ABSTRACT In this study, the authors took sugarcane dust and superplasticizer as a substitute for the concrete mixture. In this study, we will identify the benefits of Sugarcane Bagasse Ash and Superplasticizer as cement additives to concrete. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using sugarcane dust and superplasticizer as cement additives on the compressive strength of concrete. The percentage of Cane Dregs Ash and Superplasticizer used varies, from 8% Cane Dregs Ash and 1%, 2%, 3% Superplasticizer. Concrete testing will be carried out after the concrete is 3 days, 7 days, 28 days old. This study used a cube-shaped specimen with a size (15 cm X 15 cm X 15 cm) and as many as 36 specimens where for each variation there were 3 specimens. From the laboratory research, it was found that the compressive strength of concrete at the age of 28 days with normal concrete conditions was 417.8 Kg / Cm², at the beginning of the age of concrete, the highest value of concrete compressive strength was in the use of 8% Sugarcane Dregs Ash + 3% Superplasticizer of 335.85 Kg / Cm² with the percentage increase of 52.09% to normal concrete. While the optimum increase occurred in the addition of bagasse ash 8% + Superplasticizer 3%, its characteristic concrete compressive strength was 484.77 Kg / Cm² with an increase of 18.08% from normal concrete. After conducting the research it can be concluded that, with the addition of 8% Sugarcane Bagasse Ash + 3% Superplasticizer can increase the compressive strength of concrete Key words : Sugarcane Superplasticizer ashes, compressive strength of concrete.
