Abstract

AFRIZAL YUDA PRATAMA, "Analysis of Home Industry Tempe Adih in Sukaraja Village, Kota Agung Subdistrict, Lahat Regency (Supervised by SUTARMO ISKANDAR AND HARNIATUN ISWARINI) This study aims to determine the processing of tempeh in the Adih Home Industry in Sukaraja Village, Kota Agung Subdistrict, Lahat Regency and how much profit from the processing of Home Industry Tempe in Sukaraja Subdistrict, Kota Agung Subdistrict, Lahat Regency in September 2019 to November 2019. The research methods used are used in a case study (case study), for the method of sampling used the method of deliberate (purposive sampling). Data collection methods used in this study are observations, direct interviews with respondents who have been determined using qoesioner tools that have been prepared in advance and documentation. Data processing and analysis is done using descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. Based on the research results it is known: (1) The process of processing soybeans into tempe can be done in several stages, namely starting from the preparation of tools and materials for contamination, washing I, boiling, soaking, washing II, fermenting, wrapping and curing, then becoming tempeh. (2) Profits obtained from processing the home industry tempeh Adih in Sukaraja Village, Subdistrict of Kota Agung, Lahat Regency, Rp. 6,207,980.9 / Month.
