Abstract

Structural analysis is one of the important things in structural planning, especially building structures. There are two ways to analyze the structure, namely, 2D structural analysis and 3D structure analysis, using the SAP2000 computer program to get the value and direction of the rod force used to design the structure. This final project analyzes the 2D structure and 2D structure analysis is carried out on the building structure, with the aim of obtaining the value of the difference between the multiple forces of the moment, latitude and normal plane force, and on the X, Y, and Z axes of 2D and 3D modeling. The results of the analysis on 2D frame modeling and 3D frame modeling obtained are the difference of the multiple of moment, latitude, and normal plane force on the X, Y, and Z axes with the results of 2D modeling recapitulation being greater than 3D modeling. In terms of the X, Y, and Z axes, the difference between the multiples of the base and middle rods is obtained with an average of 1.162. However, if you look at the moment plane, the latitude and normal plane get the difference between the final multiples of the base and middle rods, namely: the moment plane with an average of 1.083. latitude field with a mean of 1.108. normal field with an average of 1,280.
